We will open the Hôtel de Caumont in the evening to enable you to enjoy an exceptional viewing of our summer exhibition and a cosy evening in the Hôtel de Caumont’s eighteenth-century interior and candlelit French gardens.

After a welcome with a glass of champagne in the private mansion’s hall, enjoy an exclusive viewing of the exhibition ‘Masterpieces From the Guggenheim Foundation’. Cultural mediators who are passionately interested in art will inform you about the major works from the prestigious Thannhauser Collection, including works by Cézanne, van Gogh, Degas, Kandinsky, and so on.

Soloists—a harpist, cellist, a flautist, and a clarinettist—will provide the evening’s visitors with a musical accompaniment.

Those who wish to do so can remain on the terrace in front of the candlelit gardens, to enjoy a dinner in this exceptional setting.

In collaboration with the Conservatoire de Musique Darius Milhaud in Aix-en-Provence, the Association Music’Aix, and the Association Lo Portalas Musicau.
