What does my ticket give me access to during the exhibition period?
Your ticket grants you access to: - The temporary exhibition - The historic rooms - Screening of the film Cézanne in the Aix region (30 minutes) - The French-style gardens
What days are the guided tours available?
Guided tours of the exhibition are offered daily at 5:15 pm from April 30 to October 5, 2025 (in French only). For the Oscar Ghez Collection exhibition, from November 7 to March 22, guided tours are offered on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 4 pm.

Can my tickets be exchanged, modified or refunded?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, you can change the date/time slot of your ticket from your account on our online ticketing platform under the "Orders" tab. Exchanges cost €2 per ticket and are only possible once, up to the day before your visit. Please take care when exchanging your tickets.
