Significant Tax Benefits

• Companies can deduct 60% of the value of their donation from their corporate tax, up to €2 million, and 40% for the portion exceeding that amount. In accordance with the French law of August 1, 2003 on sponsorship, associations, and foundations, the tax reduction is capped at 0.5% of annual turnover (excluding VAT) and can be carried forward over five fiscal years. Individual donors can benefit from an income tax reduction equal to 66% of their donation amount, up to a limit of 20% of their taxable income.
